You can see it in their faces. Pictures of Ashcroft, Ridge, Tommy Thompson, and others in the Bush administration show a haggard bunch that have been completely unprepared for the tasks at hand. Fighting military wars in Afghanistan as well as bio-terrorism at home is a bit too much for anybody to contend with. I almost feel sorry for them, but not quite. Many of these Republicans either made it absolutely miserable for the Clinton administration when they were in the White House, bullied their way around in Florida during the attempted election recount, or they supported draconian George W. Bush policies once he got in the Oval Office,selfish and destructive policies that Bush is still trying to palm off on the legislature and the public. Like a tax cut for the rich during unstable economic times. More trickle down that will never reach the people that need it, like all the faceless workers that have lost their jobs. Yes, the Republicans are back and look at the result: A full blown recession, terrorist attacks, anthrax, tax cuts for the rich. We're having a great time with the elephant stampeding the government, aren't we?

Meanwhile, Bush seems to be having a good time, except when he was forced to wear that silly looking Chinese brocade jacket in China. Why did they give him the one with the polka dots? I think the Chinese wanted to embarrass him. He's having a good time because he feels that he has a mission. The planet Jupiter just passed over his Sun and made him feel that he finally had a juicy role to play, instead of failed oil man, ex-alcoholic, cocaine abuser, and spoiled rich kid. According to USA, he's working out all the time and feeling as robust as John Wayne.

Anthrax: Neo-Nazi's?

There are numerous indicators that American Neo-Nazis may be behind some of the anthrax attacks. For one thing, why would an Arab terrorist organization target Senator Tom Daschle with an anthrax laced letter? Why not George Bush? The two George Bushes must now be on the Arab terrorist's hit lists for their crimes against Arab countries. Tom Daschle, on the other hand, hardly seems an instigator of crimes against the Arabs. But he would be unpopular with the Neo Nazi's.

Further, the anthrax that is being used to contaminate the mail can, apparently, only be made in Russia, Iraq, or the US. And recent information indicates that the strain was prepared in such a way as to rule out Russia. According to the article, Anthrax attacks work of neo-Nazis, "investigators are examining threatening letters sent to media organizations--some dated before the 11 September attacks--which did not contain anthrax but contained similar messages and handwriting style as those which later did. The theory is that the anthrax attacks were planned--and the killer germ was obtained and treated-long before the carnage of 11 September."

According to Rabbi Abraham Cooper of the Simon Wiesenthal center of Los Angeles, the Neo-Nazis and terrorist Arab organizations were at a meeting together in Lebanon in 2001. And why not? Both groups detest Jews.

Apparently, the National Alliance(neo-nazi) web site posted a message hours after the September 11 attacks which said: Anyone who is willing to drive a plane into a building to kill Jews is all right by me. I wish our membership had half as much testicular fortitude.

An interesting and distressing astrological addendum to these anthrax attacks is the position of the planet Neptune which remained stationery(not moving) for most of the month of October. Not only does this planet rule drugs and biological agents, poisons, it is also involved in deception, illusion and fraud. A planetary influence that remains stationary for such a long period can wreak havoc. Another interesting footnote: the exact position of Neptune at the first of the month and now at its tail end equals the position of the planet on Bush's inauguration day. Deception, illusion, and fraud?

GE, Jack Welsh, and the Corruption of the Media

There's a scathing internet article about The Media Cover-Up of the Gore Victory. In Part Four: Democracy, General Electric Style, the writers, David Podvin and Carolyn Kay discuss the political link between Jack Welsh, former CEO of General Electric, and the Bush campaign and Welsh's effort to control his broadcasting system, NBC, in order to get Bush elected.

After Karl Rove, Bush's right hand Machiavelli, contacted Welsh in 1999 in order to get political contributions for Bush's campaign, GE's CEO, felt it was in his company's best interest to get Bush elected. The best way of doing this, Welsh figured, was to make sure that NBC put his candidate in the most favorable light while downgrading his opponent, Al Gore. Apparently when NBC journalist, Clair Shipman, said something positive about Gore, she was confronted by Walsh and now no longer works for NBC. Instead of standing up for Shipman, which is what he's supposed to do as her boss, Tom Brokow did absolutely nothing for her and instead said," I think Jack Welsh's the smartest boss I've ever had and he signs my paychecks."

Welsh made sure all of his reporters focused on Gore's supposed lies, which weren't lies at all, while downplaying any of the Bush gaffs, of which there were many.

Welsh further interfered with NBC on the night of the election. He threw a temper tantrum in order to convince Brokow and Tim Russert to call the state of Florida for Bush, even though early polling had given the state to Gore.

I'm surprised, given GE's abominable record, that it didn't try to control the news long before. This company has consistently and insistently defrauded the government for years as well as contaminating the Hudson and Housatonic Rivers, selling defective nuclear reactor parts, creating asbestos related health problems in England, contaminating water in Puerto Rico. The list goes on and on and on adnauseum. This is just an awful company and has been so for as long as I can remember. According to Willaim Greider who has been documenting some of GE's abuses, the company tried to bribe a Puerto Rican official for a 92 million dollar contract, defrauded the US army to the tune of 254 million dollars for computers, overcharged the army for tank parts, discriminated against women, defrauded the air force on a missle contract. Etc., miserable etc. etc.

Psychic Chuck and I refuse to invest our 401k in any fund that includes General Electric, along with the tobacco companies, who have lied and cheated the American public. General Electric is a sick company and it's supporting a sick administration in Washington.
