Today is my daughter's birthday, so it seems apropos that I write about Bush's twin daughters, Jenna and Barbara. I don't know if my daughter ever tried to buy liquor under age or use a fake i.d (probably not because she wouldn't want to get caught), but drinking before the age of 21 is not necessarily a problem, unless the individual is prone to alcoholism, which may be the case with the Bush daughters.

I believe that Boy Bush is an alcoholic, even though he may not still be drinking. Some journalists don't believe the Jenna Barbara drinking stories should be published but I think they should be for several reasons: 1. Daddy supported and signed a draconian bill in Texas that severely punished underage drinking, even though he was guilty of it, I'm sure, and drug use. 2. Unequal treatment for the president's daughters: Apparently, Jenna's first alcohol incident occurred only six months after her father signed that bill, but she has never really paid the piper for her alcohol abuse. Although she should be spending six months in jail with a $2000 fine after her last offence, her first incident occurred when she was sixteen and is not counted. 3. The incidents reflect on Bush's hypocritical commitment to family values. Why are these girls punishing their father? Apparently, they didn't want him to run for president. I also don't think he spent enough time with them as they grew up. I think he's too selfish and self-absorbed to pay attention to anyone else's needs but his own.

Republican Hypocrisy

Boy Bush is not the only hypocrite in the Republican Party. In fact, it's loaded with them. The hypocrisy is what I find most offensive about these low level individuals. I can make a list of all those sleazy sanctimonious Republicans that went after Clinton but had malignant skeletons in their own closets. How about Newt Gingrich and the affair he was having with a young woman while his wife was trying to take care of a sick mother and a dying brother? Then there's Representative Dan Burton who fathered an illegitimate child, and was rumored to be a real sleaze with numerous women that either worked for him or came into contact with him. What about old Henry Hyde that doesn't want any woman to get an abortion but doesn't take the responsibility for being a homewrecker( he claimed it was a "youthful indiscretion" that made him have an affair with a married woman when he was in his forties). All these men condemned Clinton for his behavior. How dare they?

The newest hypocrite on the block is a conservative gay pundit and writer named Andrew Sullivan who has been outed for his unsafe sex practices by other homosexual writers. They found his condemnation of Clinton and Jesse Jackson particularly loathesome, considering his desire for unprotected sex as revealed by his request for it in a homosexual chat room. Personal sex lives should certainly remain private, unless the individual makes a habit of sanctimoniously condemning others for what they do behind closed doors. Then, what is good for the goose is good for the gander.

Why is Trent Lott Such a Wienie?

It's easy to add the EX majority leader of the Senate to our list of Republican hypocrites. He said that Mr. Jeffords was guilty of "an impetuous decision to undermine our democracy" and "we have a moral obligation to restore the integrity of our democracy, to restore by the democratic process what was changed in the shadows of the back rooms in Washington." Give me a break. There was no democratic due process when the November election was decided in the back rooms of the Supreme Court. There was no democratic due process when thousands of black voters were disenfranchised in Florida by defective voting machines and illegal purging of voters from the voter rolls.

According to Mr. Wienie Lott, the outcome of the election was decided democratically, while Jeffords changing his party affiliation was an assault on democracy. Why is Lott one of the most disgusting men in public life? What does his horoscope have to say?

For one thing, Lott is a Libra which is supposed to be a balanced and concilatory sign but with Mars in Aries making an opposition to his Libra Sun sign Lott says he's going to "make war on the Democrats". That's a sign of a wienie, disregarding what you need to accomplish in this life to truly be happy. Libras are supposed to be diplomats and the higher level ones are very good at diplomacy, but I've noticed that lower level Libras are often so rude and angry, they push people away instead of bringing them together.

He also has Mercury in Scorpio square Pluto conjunct Chiron in his birth chart. This means that he has a sharp poisonous tongue (Mercury in Scorpio) that he uses to bully others(square Pluto conjunct Chiron). What a swell guy.

You know, astrologers say that the birth chart shows your patterns in life, good and bad, and will be your destiny, unless you do something constructive to change it for the better. I don't think Lott has ever done any self-reflection, probably due to his fear that if he really looks at himself he'll vomit.

His Libra Sun sign is ruled by the planet Venus. Venus is in Scorpio and making stressful oppositions to Saturn and Uranus. This is further proof that he's not using his naturally diplomatic Libra enegy for the good of all. Instead, the Scorpio vindictiveness continues to assert itself and along with Venus opposing Saturn, turns him into a cold and unloving brute. With Venus making a conflictual aspect with Uranus, we also have to wonder if he is really a closet unconscious homosexual. After all, he was a cheerleader in college.
