During the next seven days the Moon travels from Scorpio to Aquarius.
Scorpio Monday is a good day for cleaning and reducing our material possessions. Sagittarius Monday evening, Tuesday, Wednesday are good days for researching college degree programs, enjoying spiritual and religious discussions and books, spending time in the great outdoors, and traveling. Capricorn Thursday, Friday we can seek out more ways to improve our careers and take part in organizing projects. Aquarius Saturday and Sunday we can enjoy meetings with friends and joint community projects.
There are two significant planetary events. On Saturday Mercury travels into Pisces. Our thoughts may be foggy but our minds may be filled with poetry and spiritual truths. Mars travels into Sagittarius on the same day but be circumspect all week. When Mars travels into a new sign, there can be arguments, accidents, and violence.
In Mayan Astrology* on February 18th the 13 day cycle changes to 1 IX, also known as Jaguar. The issue during this period is control over passions. Reckless and prideful behaviors often cause problems but they can be resolved through psychotherapy. Donald Trump should try it. On March 2, the cycle changes to 1 Manik, also known as Deer. Sensitivity to others and equality of the sexes are important themes. This lets out Donald Trump and any other Republicans, for that matter.
There are no long void-of-course Moon periods.
Good days for planting are Monday, Thursday, and Friday.
Remember, being aware of astrological energies means that not only are we in tune with the cosmos, we’re also in tune with ourselves. Socrates said an unexamined life is not worth living, and another ancient Greek said, Know thyself. We can convert stressful planetary aspects to harmonious energies if we are aware of how they affect us and we are willing to take responsibility for our actions, without blaming others for our difficulties.
