Sarah Palin: Dan Quayle with a Pony Tail?

“As for that VP talk all the time, I’ll tell you, I still can’t answer that question until somebody answers for me what is it exactly that the VP does everyday?” Said less than two of months ago when asked if she would accept a nomination for Vice President.

I just saw the CBS video of McCain introducing Sarah Palin, Governor of Alaska as his vice-presidential choice. I try not to watch most Republicans because I just start shouting, which Psychic Chuck doesn’t like, but I wanted to see what McCain said about her as well as see how she presented herself. As usual, I found myself shouting back at McCain’s lies and then grew disappointed when the video cut off as she entered the room with her husband and children.

McCain finally seems to realize that his criticism of people losing their homes and having friends like Phil Gramm who call the middle class whiners is not going to win any friends or influence us to vote for him. Today, the opportunistic Virgo mouthed a bunch of platitudes about how he’s going to save the suffering masses with the help of his VP choice that has no experience whatsoever.

Sarah Palin is an Aquarius, like Dan Quayle, with four and possibly five planets (with the Moon) in that sign. With all that Aquarius energy you’d think she must be ahead of her time but what time is it in Alaska—the 19th century? The Sun Mars conjunction means she’s aggressive and angry; the Saturn conjunct those two planets indicates that she stuffs that anger. All three of those planets are square Neptune. Why can’t we find a Republican without a heavy Neptunian affliction? Because to be a Republican or vote for one, you have to be delusional.

Here is a party that gave us a man that is so Neptunian you have to wonder if he ever gets his feet out of sewer water. George W. Bush and these other Neptunian idiots have destroyed our economy, refused to do anything about global warming, and have been behind the deaths of hundreds of thousands in Iraq. Anyone that votes for any one of them is in a matrix so thick that even Christ himself would have trouble seeing through it.

With transiting Neptune conjunct her Sun now and Saturn ready to conjunct her Pluto and oppose her Chiron in September, Palin may not be ready for the reality of a bruising race to the White House. Presently she’s involved in an investigation which according to Wikipedia: involved dismissing Public Safety Commissioner Walter Monegan for not adequately filling state trooper vacancies, and because he "did not turn out to be a team player on budgeting issues.” She instead offered him a position as executive director of the state Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, which he turned down. Her power to fire him is not in dispute, but Monegan alleged that his dismissal might have been an abuse of power tied to his reluctance to fire Palin's former brother-in-law, Alaska State Trooper Mike Wooten, who had been involved in a divorce and child custody battle with Palin's sister, Molly McCann. Palin replaced Monegan with Chuck Kopp, dismissing as false allegations that Kopp had sexually harassed a subordinate.

This sounds like a Pluto abuse of power to me and with Saturn ready to lower the boom, she may regret that she ever got involved with John McCain and his run for the White House. With transiting Venus square Pluto aspecting her natal Venus today, her marriage may be under pressure due to the acceptance of McCain’s offer. I don’t think she’ll have a very easy time of it in the next couple of months.

It’s fitting that McCain should introduce his VP choice today while the Moon was opposing Neptune and on the last day of the old moon. Sarah Palin is another out of touch Republican dressed up as though she is a member of the avante garde. With all those Aquarius planets, she could be, but she isn’t. Christ said you can’t put new wine into old wineskins or they’ll burst. With all the Aquarius planets, she could be new wine but they can’t put her into the old wineskin of the Republican Party and expect her to perform well. The Republican Party is the party of ignorant out of touch elitists and the past. Thank God, we have two men leading the Democratic Party that know the direction we need to take and how to get there. Help is on the way.
