If I like the idea of a black president and I like the idea of a woman president why did I vote for John Edwards in the California primary (absentee ballot)?
1. I think Edwards has more of a chance to beat the Republican (probably John McCain).
2. Obama isn’t specific enough about what he wants to do,instead speaking in generalities about needing change and reconciliation. He doesn’t have much experience. I don’t know specifically what he wants. Why couldn’t he have waited for another 8 years? Can he get through the black prejudice that still controls the South?
3. Hillary is more specific and experienced than Obama but too many hate her Scorpio personality.
4. Are we going to get another Repulsivan because Obama or Hillary can’t bring home the bacon?
5. John Edwards is the only one of the three that consistently talks about the poor, the importance of unions, and the stranglehold of the corporations.
6. Obama has the glamour but his Leo Sun square Neptune is his only solar aspect. Is it glamour but lack of substance or as Bill Clinton describes his policy on Iraq, “a fairy tale”? This makes me feel uncomfortable. I don’t like glamour. George W. Bush has the same Sun square Neptune aspect. Disastrous delusion.
7. John Edwards has a Sun Neptune aspect but unlike Obama’s square it’s a positive trine and he also has a Sun trine Saturn, meaning his vision (Neptune) is well grounded in reality (Saturn).
8. Obama seemed to be saying that Reagan was a better president than Bill Clinton because he transformed the country more but transformed it into what? Morning in America became Mourning in the World for Reagan’s support of disgusting dictators like Rios Montt in Guatemala that tortured and murdered their people. Is Obama promising another Morning in America? Aren’t the Kennedys saying that about him, that he’s promising a brand new day? How is he going to get there? Back to the question: What does Obama want?” I’m sorry but I just don’t like that Sun square Neptune. Obama seems to be the type of candidate that everyone can project their own dreams and wishes upon but who is he, really?
